myVW App Tips

If you have a VW vehicle, you can take advantage of remote features for five years at no charge! So when you’re ready to explore the features, here are a few tips to get you started:

• Use the Vehicle Management setting under the Account tab to sync your phone to the car.
• After initiating a remote command, you’ll receive a “Success” message. 
• If you want to initiate several remote commands, wait for the “Success” message before moving on to the next one.
• Your car will not activate remote start if your car is not adequately fueled and locked.
